Posaction® Plus

		A professional assistance referral service is available to help union representatives intervene when a co-worker’s problems are affecting his/her performance and presence at work. Insured co-workers are entitled to receive up to twelve hours of face-to-face psychosocial counselling. This referral service is offered free under the Posaction® Plus program. Types of problems covered Work-related problems such as stress, burn-out, conflict with co-workers or supervisors, interpersonal problems, communication problems, loss of interest in work, trouble adjusting to a change of tasks, difficulty adapting to changes in structure and working methods, etc. Personal difficulties such as overwork, fatigue, sleeping disorders, lack of motivation, depression, anxiety, grief, etc. Family difficulties such as marital conflict, communication problems with spouse, children or family, problems associated with a separation, divorce or blended family, etc. Abuse of drugs, alcohol or medication, gambling problems, Internet addiction, etc.
